Online Booking Glitch + Solution
Friends, for reservations of 2-5 people you may experience a booking glitch 🙁
What happens: After selecting your appointment details you may get the message: “this time is no longer available”.
This ACTUALLY means, there’s not enough room for your party size at the time slot you selected.
Solution: Click “select another time slot” and choose a NEW time. If none of the time slots allow you to proceed, it means we’re fully booked for your party size on that day.
We’re sorry about the extra steps. Unfortunately we’re at the mercy of our booking system to resolve this bug. At least there’s a relaxing oasis in your future!
