Our Cancelation Policy

 

We realize things come up in day-to-day life. While truly sympathetic, we cannot absorb the financial responsibility of last-minute cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services and we are still responsible for paying the therapist you were booked with.

In fairness to all clients, this policy is firm:

 

All cancellations must be made by email, phone, or text to frontdesk@ashaurbanbaths.com or (916) 837-3290.

No charge for cancellations made by email, phone, or text more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment or reservation time, clients will be charged 50% of the scheduled service or appointment price.

Cancellations made less than 1 hour before appointment or reservation time, clients are charged the full price of the scheduled service or appointment type.

Clients who don’t cancel or show up for a scheduled appointment or reservation will be charged full price for the scheduled service or appointment type.

 

This policy applies to all appointments and reservations for 1-5ppl.

 

Cancellation Policy for Groups of 6+

Because we hold a large amount of space for groups, we do need to be firm with the following policy:

 

  • 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking, your deposit is credited at checkout
  • Group Reservations  (for 6+) must be made AND PAID at checkout by one person, with one credit card
  • With 24+ hours notice,  no charge for changes to the reservation and full deposit will be credited at checkout
  • Less than 24 hours = 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice. (Will be paid w/ your deposit)
  • Except within 1 hour or no-show =  100% of service price for each person who cancels is due and charged at checkout or card on file
  • Cancellation fee is applied per person who cancels or no-shows (Ex: If 2 ppl in your group don’t show up, we still charge 100% for those 2 people)
  • And of course we hope this never happens but if a group is unable to follow etiquette and is asked to leave, deposits are not refunded 🙁
