Our Cancelation + Reschedule Policy
Please call 916-837-3290 (and leave a message) or email frontdesk@ashaurbanbaths.com to cancel or reschedule.
We know things come up. However, last-minute changes impact us significantly. When you cancel with short notice, we lose the opportunity to fill that time, and other’s miss the chance to book. Additionally, we’re still responsible for paying our staff to provide your service.
In fairness to all clients, this policy is firm:
For reservations 1-5ppl (not special events)
With 24+ hours notice, there’s no charge to cancel or re-schedule.
Changes within 24 hours incur a 50% fee.
Less than 1 hour’s notice or no-shows are charged in full.
Special events marked “non-refundable”
Cannot be canceled for a refund, but you’re welcome to transfer your reservation to someone else.

Cancellation Policy for Groups of 6+
Because we hold a large amount of space for groups, we do need to be firm with the following policy:
- 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking, your deposit is credited at checkout
- Group Reservations (for 6+) must be made AND PAID at checkout by one person, with one credit card
- With 24+ hours notice, no charge for changes to the reservation and full deposit will be credited at checkout
- Less than 24 hours = 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice. (Will be paid w/ your deposit)
- Except within 1 hour or no-show = 100% of service price for each person who cancels is due and charged at checkout or card on file
- Cancellation fee is applied per person who cancels or no-shows (Ex: If 2 ppl in your group don’t show up, we still charge 100% for those 2 people)
- And of course we hope this never happens but if a group is unable to follow etiquette and is asked to leave, deposits are not refunded 🙁
